Union County real estate a market report for November 2012
The November 2012 average "for sale" price of a single family resale listing in Union County was $227,000. That was down 6.6% from November 2011 when the average "for sale" price in Union County was $ 243,000. The average sold price of of a single family resale home in Union County was up 3% from a year ago. The average sold price of a home in Union County, Ohio was $205,000 in November 2012 compared to $ 199,000 in November 2011.
The median sale price of a home in Union County in November 2011 was $140,000 and this November the median price was $146,000. The November 2012 median sold price of a home in Union County was up 4.3% from November 2011.
Homes in Union County sold within 95% of their final list price on average in November 2012.
Home sales in Union County in November 2012 were up 24.2% from a year ago. The number of homes for sale in the County was down 19.1% from November 2011.

The 2013 BIA Parade of Homes is in Jerome Village in Union County. Jerome Village is in Dublin schools. Jerome Village will have a Plain City address. The homes in the Glacier Ridge section will be Parade of Homes pricing, so new homes in Union County will be interesting to watch.
