This graph shows single family home sales in the Worthington City School District for the past 15 months. Sales are up! There were 51 homes sold in September in comparison to 31 in September 2010. Sales have been up over 2010 for the past three months. Inventory (the light green bar) is lower than a year ago too.
Worthington home sales a market report for September 2011
Worthington home sales were up 64.5% in September 2011. Homes for sale (the light green bar) was down 13% from September 2010 when there were 297 Worthington properties for sale. The 258 Worthington homes for sale is down from August 2011 as well.
Worthington home sales - neighborhoods
Worthington homes for sale include homes in the cities of Columbus and Worthington, the village of Riverlea and unicorporated areas (Perry or Sharon township.)
Homes in the Worthington Corporation Limit, sometimes referred to as "Worthington Proper" include Colonial Hills, Medick Estates, Old Worthington, Olentangy Hills, Worthington Estates, Worthingway and other neighborhoods.
Riverlea is a small village in the Worthington City School District. Riverlea has a 43085 mailing address.
Columbus, Ohio 43085 homes in addition to homes in the city of Worthington and the Village of Riverlea, a little piece of Columbus north of 270 and a bit of Columbus west of Olentangy River Road and assorted unincorporated bits and pieces have this mailing address and are in the Worthington City School District. Neighborhoods in addition to City of Worthington properties include neighborhoods such as Deercreek, Olentangy Highlands, Village at Worthington, Worthington Trace, Worthington Woods and many more neighborhoods.
