Worthington schools neighborhoods  in the 43235 zip code include  Brookside Estates, Brookside Village, Brookside Woods, Stilson Highlands,  Summerwood,   Worthington Hills and Worthingview.  Brookside Woods is one neighborhood in two Central Ohio school districts.  A portion of the Brookside Woods neighborhood is in Worthington schools and the rest is in Dublin schools.  There are other neighborhoods along the Worthington Dublin school line that are similar.  Always double check tax records of any home you are interested if a particular school district is important to you.

School district boundaries were set long before the area was developed.  The city of Columbus developed northwestern Franklin County aggressively in the 1970s and 1980s. Worthington is not part of the Win - Win agreement with Columbus.  Worthington had an agreement prior to "Win- Win" in the 1980s.   Dublin is part of the Win - Win agreement along with other Central Ohio school districts.  Attendance areas within the school districts are available from each school district.  Attendance areas within the district may change based on population shifts.

Selling fro 96% of list price is a good thing as it shows selelrs are realistic in setting prices.

Gary, that is the percentage of  final list price.  We are a long days on market MLS and many homes go through a lot of price reductions before they get to within 96% or 97%.
