Extreme Makeover Home Edition Headed Back to Columbus?

It seems Extreme Makeover Home Edition is headed back to Columbus!  

Of course ABC 6 News has the scoop: 

" A major construction initiative touted to boost Columbus' economy by nearly $2 million is coming, Mayor Michael Coleman announced at a news conference Wednesday morning."

I saw it on Twitter first:

There is a meeting for volunteers at Grace Brethern Church at Polaris next Thursday... I wonder if that has anything to do with what part of town the project is in...

I was wondering what builder this time...  Duh?  I see it on the channel 6 (ABC) news, wsyx6  website.  P&D Builders!  P&D Builders is located in southern Delaware County.  Could the project be in the Polaris area?  Just speculating. 

Reading more of it, it says that the project will be in August 2011.
