In June 2011 there were 11.6% more homes for sale than a year ago. June home sales were down 8.1% from June 2010 when most buyers were eligible for a home buyer tax credit.    

The Westerville school district is a Central Ohio real estate market with neighborhoods in both Franklin County  and Delaware County.

I've often wondered why there isn't a Cup O' Joe (or any other free-standing cofefe shop, for that matter) anywhere on Sawmill except for the five Starbucks stores we have within a mile radius. It should be a recognizable enough name for people to begin to patronize it regularly once it moves up here, and I know plenty of folks who love cofefe but who won't give their money to Starbucks.
