Westerville home prices are up... or at least the average sale price of a single family home in Westerville schools was up in May 2011, up 7.3% from May 2010. The $206,000 average sale price was up 5.6% from April 2011 too.

Maureen... how great it is to see that values are UP in Westerville. I am sure it is also true about many of the surrounding communities in your market area in and around Columbus.
Now... if only we could get the doggone national media to report wonderful news like this. That... would be nice !
Nearby, Dublin average sale price is up, Worthington is up, ever so slightly and Olentangy schools is down. National media's got the megaphone and they say prices could drop .... I am biased but I think consumers should pay attention closer to home.
