Annehurst Village is often shortened to "Annehurst" but the Westerville, Ohio neighborhood developed in the late 1960s has a first and last name. Posting this to ActiveRain real estate network, the neighborhood name is listed as "Annehurst" there. I have a choice to add the name "Annehurst Village" or just use "Annehurst" as the neighborhood name... I'm going with Annehurst

Annehurst Village was the the 1968 Parade of Homes for the BIA... if I can believe myself. The BIA used to have a page in their archives which was a list of the Parade of Homes in Central Ohio over the years. That page and information is down now ...

I wrote about the Annehust Village and that list Parade of Homes list back in 2007 on another site... Annehurst Village
The link to the list of Parade of Homes neighborhoods in that post was to the missing page too...

Annehurst Village, a city of Westerville neighborhood is going strong in 2011. It is a unique Central Ohio neighborhood because of the pool, because of it's location near Sharon Woods Metro Park and because of Annehurst Elementary School
The image is a snapshot of the homes for sale in Annehurst Village in May, 2011 according to the property search on my site.* Searching for homes in Annehurst Village... some wil be in the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls as Annehurst and some will be listed as Annehurst Village. Safer to search by "Annehurst" if you are looking. For the spelling impaired listing agent you may want to look for "Annhurst" as well.

Maureen ~ That seems odd that your pages are missing or down? I thought if you write something on here it stays forever? Not true? hmmm
Another market/neighborhood report that rocks. Nice work Maureen! - Joe :)
June - Outside link... the list of homes was on the BIA site, the authority on the history of the Parade of Homes in Central Ohio, the BIA's link is dead, moved...

Thanks Joe
Btw, and you probably know this but thought I would mention something anyway. It looks like you use Picnik for your 'Polaroid' effect on your images. You can have the background the same white as the blog entry. It would be color# FFFFFF when selecting the background color option for the Polaroid effect.
I'm just sayin' :)
