A year ago.... well almost a year ago March 21, 2010 I wrote:
"There are only 168 open houses on the list today... That number could still go up and down before this afternoon. The Real Living HER Open House list is in real time"
I said only 168 open houses? I said "only." I'd say that's over 100 more open houses than 
March 2011 but that would sound dumb... you can do the math.... I am not going to share a link to last years post. Most of the Real Living HER Open House List posts have a broken link because of ch-ch-changes to our websites. I have gone in and edited some... made the change. You can not have progress without ch-ch-changes, can you?

The Columbus Ohio real estate market - What's changed in a year?
It depends where you are but for most of the north side of Franklin County and the south side of Delaware County inventory is up. It is a buyer's market. List prices have been going down steadily. Average sale price is down in many areas.
