Ouch! That hurts, but I'm sure you had a ton of snow in January. Hopefully it picks up very quickly for your market, as I'm sure it will. Think of it this way, your market really only has one way to go and that has to be up, as it would really be sad if it could get worse than only 1 home selling in January in that zip code.
