Groundhog Day 2011

Groundhog Day

Groundhog Day 2011

Happy Groundhogs Day... Buckeye Chuck did not see his shadow.  He is forecasting an early Spring.*

Do you believe in Groundhogs ability to forecast weather?  Buckeye Chuck (link is to Discover Columbus Ohio on Facebook since the real Discover Columbus OHio site seems to be inaccessible now.)

The image is an eCard from Real Living, Inc.  The old Real Living, Inc. before the big merger in 2010.  This card is from 2007, the old  Real Living that loved to mix red and orange and would not be caught dead with a trite eCard with a house key.  Some agents embraced the traditional images... and trite symobolism like handshakes and house keys.  A Groundhog against Pepto Bismal Pink horizontal stripes for a company whose colors were red and white. That groundhog looks angry...  being woken up can do that.

Groundhog Day 2011 the start of the selling season?

My old Company website was butt ugly. My new Real Living HER website  Maureen McCabe Real Living HER(formerly HER Realtors)  is a work in progress one step forward two steps back....

Today with a huge winter storm the official, Groundhog Day 2011, Buckeye Chuck festivities started inside but at 7:41 Buckeye Chuck predicted an early spring in 2011.

* P. Phil in PA predicted an early spring too.

I hope the early spring is correct.  And can you really get one step forward on the website, for me every day feels like 2 steps back.  What are the agents with no tech ability doing?  I just do not know.

Skiers and snowboarders are loving all the snow this winter.  Might be tough to get to the slopes but lots of fun once you get there. No early Spring.

Navona are you a former GMAC office?  Real Living b4 the merger or other?

Barbara Our market will do better without  this weather.  I want spring.

Mel No slopes here. We're getting snow now over the ice from yesterday and earlier today.  We want spring.
