Clintonville Station - Columbus, Ohio 43202Columbus, Ohio 43202 real estate published January 2011 based on data available from the Columbus Board of  REALTORS® at the end of December  2010.   Trendgraphix reports presented are based on data supplied by the Columbus Board of Realtors.  According to Trendgraphix neither  CBR nor their MLS (multiple listing service ) guarantee or are in anyway responsible for it's accuracy. "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed."  Therefor you have  no guarantee from me either since I am relying on the data from MLS and Trendgraphix!  There is a margin of error.  I see 14 homes that closed in the month, rather than 11... in MLS, three sales turned in a bit late... even more of a buyers market?

It sounds like a normal market as you have  inventory of less than 4 months. Good report.

Maureen - Most of the family I have still in Ohio is in Columbus and around Pickering!  The prices look affordable ... is the City seeing growth?

Thanks!

Jack... Columbus is still growing (I think... at last report...) Columbus is odd in that the city annexed a lot of areas that in most metropolitan areas a suburb would have annexed, rather than the city.  My corn background and header on DiscoverColumbusOH.com are an homage (?) to the fact that the part of Columbus I live in and much of North Columbus was farm fields not a generation ago.  Corn?  Soybeans...

There was a great talk about where people are coming to Central Ohio from in this past decade at TEDx Columbus in November 2010.  They come here from Cleveland and other Ohio cities.  They come from urban areas in Michigan.  People come from outside the US to Columbus.
