December 2010 home sales were just down by one from December 2009 and homes for sale were down 3.3%. Homes for sale in the Olentangy Local School District in December 2010 was down 28.6% from November 2010, houses pulled off the market for the holidays? It follows a similar pattern to November and December 2009.
The average sale price was up 8% from December 2009. Average active price in the area in December was down almost 9% from December 2009.

Home Sales in Olentangy schools in December 2010 included homes in the Lewis Center area neighborhoods of Cross Creek, McCammon Estates, Villages of Oak Creek, Wilshire and others. Home sales in the Olentangy schools in the Powell area included homes in Golf Village, Scioto Reserve, Wedgewood and other Southern Delaware County neighborhoods.
