Maureen, This is good information for consumers. Average sale price seems to be higher than in 2009.
Bigger houses? Small number of homes sold. There was a very, very nice house sold in 2010 in the neighborhood, I paid less attention in 2009.
It looks as if you are rebounding. Nice increases, better than 2006 and 2007!
