Not too surprising is it? Nov 09 and Nov 10 sales same inventory in 2010 up significantly and prices down. The same story in many places, especially here in Florida.

Gary This area is different than the zip code north of it and most of Central Ohio, in inventory and sale price. And sales NOT being down 30% +/ - from November 2009! It is a small zip code though....
