Central Ohio home prices are up barely. In September 2010 the average sales price for a single family home was $164,000.
The average sale price for a single home in the Columbus Board of REALTORS® MLS is up .6% from the September 2009 average sale price. The average active price is down 11.4% from September 2009. The price per square foot, $85 is down 2.6% from September 2009, just a couple of dollars.
