Maureen,
Fascinating that the August comparisons 2009 versus 2010 you posted for Worthington exactly mirror Central Ohio percentages. A clear and concise capsule!
that may be a mistake... I knew there was something wrong on Worthington... last night shoulda pulled the #s. Worthington sales were a little lower.
Maureen- You have a good deal of inventory going into the fall. Great statistics. Ohio buyers need to get out and take advantage of the market and the interest rates.
Ellie We do... in some areas. Inventory in this HUGE area is down 1.9% from July based on current sales.
Eileen Worthington is fixed, thanks. The graph did not even match the sales numbers.
Our area is complex (like every market, I am sure) our school districts are larger than most of our cities. The city of Columbus expanded into suburban school districts. The districts lines remained intact (in most cases... the Worthington school district is a little different than most of the northern Franklin County school districts) but the land was annexed into the city of Columbus.
When I make the graphs I can confuse myself with City of Worthington vs. Worthington City School District vs. a Worthington mailing address.
