Olentangy Local School District is in Delaware County. Obviously Olentangy schools is a big school district, with 9.6 months of inventory it looks like a buyers market... it varies by price range, neighborhood.

Neighborhoods in unincorporated area in Delaware County including:
Berlin Township subdivisions including Meadows at Cheshire, Sherman Lakes and Summerwood and others
The Scioto Reserve subdivision in Concord Township.
Delaware Township communities including Cheshire Crossing and The Reserve at Glenross.
Genoa Township neighborhoods including Grand Oak, Highland Lakes (also in Orange Township), Sheffield Park and more.
Neighborhoods such as Big Bear Farms, Dornoch Estates (some homes in Delware Towship too), Royal Dornoch, Wedgewood and Woodland Glen in Liberty Township.

Checked the state of Ohio and didn't find Olentangy. Is it a community within another city? Large one with 721 homes for sale...
