A house on Lorraine Ave. was the first home I saw trying to find something else on Zillow....
Lorraine Ave. in Worthington???? I racked my brain. It is Columbus Ohio 43235.
I was looking for info on homes in Brookside Woods which are in the city of Columbus and are either in the Worthington City School District or the Dublin City School District (boundary line runs through this northwest Columbus neighborhoods, school district boundaries were set before the area was developed.) Brookside Woods is in the Columbus 43235 ZIP code ... so that's where I was looking when I tripped over this HOT "Worthington Listing" on Zillow this morning.

Lorraine Avenue is in The Gables which is City of Columbus Schools NOT Worthington Schools...
Some of the 43235 ZIP code is in Worthington schools, part is in Columbus schools and part is in Dublin schools.... most neighborhoods are in just one school district. A few are in two Central Ohio school districts.
The Gables is a great neighborhood, the average list price of the homes in the Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS (The Gables, Gable East, Gables West) is about $224,900 now.
$119,000 would be a great price for a home in The Gables.
Search - The Gables homes for sale
Before you get excited this house is NOT for sale. Although Zillow and probably Trulia too will tell you it is "For Sale: $119,000" the house is not for sale. The house on Lorraine may be for sale someday, but the house is not for sale now. It is probably something you'd find on my own CbusHomeSearch.com Foreclosure page...
What is the $119,000 "price" that Zillow is quoting? Probably a mortgage.
Hot Worthington Columbus Listing on Zillow $119,000 is NOT for Sale
Zillow is providing this information from Foreclosure.com or Realty Trac. Many of the homes on those lists are NOT for sale... They They may be in the future but don't get your hopes up.
... and don't believe Zillow about where the house is... This house is not in Worthington or even in the City of Columbus and Worthington City School District. It is where it is.
