Maureen, I am starting to see a lot of these 365 Things to Do sites popping up in our industry. I think they are wonderful ideas. Is this one yours? I would love to get some idea of how these are being put together.
It is mine.. I saw a real estate agent in Austin who did one and tried to do it between all the directions about Facebook pages I found here, on Webinars, virtual rebarcamp etc. 365 Things To Do In Columbus has got more people joining than a real estate page (listened to Ross Hair at virtual Re-Barcamp yesterday.) I have two real estate Pages on Facebook too...
I don't get Facebook... but this is seeming a little bit better than most of my Facebook experience... but there is very little participation... Real Bird guy did an AR post about how to get people to participate on pages recently.
Sounds like I need to do a little research on it them. Since I have been away from Active Rain for such a long while I wonder how many "good ideas" I have missed. This seems like a good opportunity to establish yourself as a local expert and resource in your community.
What brought you back???... I was wondering that when I saw you get featured x2 the other day.
I think I probably know the person who is doing the Austin 365 Things site from AR ... but I could not tell you who it is. I noticed that one and one for Atlanta on Facebook and then just Googled.. 365 Things to do in...if you find directions or back ground anywhere let me know...
Look at Maggie's side bar. She is at day 28 for Miami she is doing it on her Tomato blog http://activerain.com/blogsview/1590345/trulia-zillow-move-others-sued
