Maureen, Hopefully sales will pick up in your market in March and April. The first time homebuyer credit seems to be bringing people out who want to take advantage of that credit before it goes away.
I forgot to close comments. This is one very small city, not representative of our market, sales are up in Hilliard and Westerville, much larger cities and school districts. Sales are up in Delaware County, down in Franklin County...
