Real Living is an Inman Innovator Finalist Again

Real Living in the News

Real Living is a finalist in the Inman Innovators in the category of Most Innovative Brokerage or Franchise.  The finalists were announced today Monday June 25, 2007. The winners (there are four other categories, 39 companies in total nominated) will be announced at the Inman News Real Estate Connect in August.

The announcement from Inman News says:  

"The Inman Innovator Awards recognize companies that use technology and innovation to enhance the real estate transaction and experience for consumers and real estate professionals. In addition, one individual who embodies the spirit of innovation in real estate is honored each year."

Real Living is based in Columbus Ohio.  Real Living has offices in 19 states now. It should be 20 by the end of June, I believe.

Wonderful.  I saw the article and was amazed at the number of folks, companies, etc. that I met on Active Rain.  Gee, this is a pretty cool place to hang out.

Thanks Lenn and Ann.  I believe this is the third time Real Living has been nominated and they won one year.  I want to say they won in 2005 for Most Innovative Brokerage.

I emailed my manager to see if he knew.  He wrote back: "Again?"  I hope revealing this highly confidential intracompany communication does not get me in trouble.

I wasn;t considering franchising until I saw what Real Living has to offer...any advice, if I don;t have any office yet?

Thanks Art but I didn't do anything that should get congrats... I just try to keep up with all the new things Real Living is doing.
