This is a Re-blog of a post from Svetlana Stolyarova.
I could not resist this car made in Ohio (Hudson Ohio, N.E. Ohio)
Do you know how many units the best selling car in America sold last year? More than 457,000!
Do you know that this is an American-made car? Made in Hudson, Ohio!
Do you know that it's the greenest car in the world? Zero emission, fuel free, 100 % kid powered!
Any guess?
If you want to see the answer and spend a good quality time with your family, please go to the Western Reserve Historical Society's Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum in Cleveland .
It will house one of the first Cozy Coupes® to come off the production line in 1979 as well as 30th Anniversary edition Cozy Coupe®.
Consumers and their parents obviously love this car.
What I love about it is:
No fancy engineered bankruptcies, no bailout money involved in production of these cars. Way to go!
Congratulations Ohio!
Go Green!

How funny, we have one of those in our backyard, been here thru 3 kids and it was a hand-me-down from a friend many years ago. If other American cars were so indestructable I could guess the automakers would not be in the mess they are. ;)
Hi Maureen... I loved this post and would have missed it if not for you! Thanks for sharing this bit of Ohio/U.S. trivia with me! And thanks to Svetlana too!
Can't decide if this little hummer would tone my thighs or wreck my knees...when you have finished taking it around the block, let me know !
Remember the sound of a "Big Wheel" from the 70's or 80's on a Saturday morning when you were trying to sleep in? I thought I heard one the other day but it was a neighbor wheeling his trash container out to the road.
Were they outlawed? The sound was horrible.
Nope still around - an original and a remake
