The zip code is larger than the city of Powell. It includes townships, the Village of Shawnee Hills, and a little bit of the city of Columbus just south of the Franklin County line.

The city of Powell is in Delaware County, the Powell Ohio 43065 mailing address covers a portion of northern Franklin County including neighborhoods in the Columbus, Dublin and Worthington school districts.   The school district boundaries existed before this area was developed.

Delaware county neighborhoods in the Olentangy Local School District include Green Meadows, Highmeadows Village and there are homes on the market now in the under $200,000 price range in those neighborhoods now.

There are currently homes in Shawnee Hills and rural areas in Dublin schools in the price range that would have a Powell mailing address as well.

The homes in this market report are just those in the City of Powell.  This does not include homes in townships with a Powell mailing address.  There is a margin of error though.  Powell seems like an area that more listing agents seem to be oblivious to the  fact that homes in unincorporated areas are not in the municipality.

The Columbus Board of Realtors is doing away with MLS (multiple listing service) areas though, and I did use the Powell mls area.  This may be the last one I am able to do this way!!!
