Zooland is # 1 of '365 Places to live in Columbus.' Zooland is not a neighborhood with a pretty little marker telling you, you are entering Zooland. Zooland is in north Columbus, mixed in with Beechwold. Now there are about 6 houses on the market identified as Zooland. They are on Jeffrey, Beechwold, Morse and Royal Forest. East Royal Forest, of course.
