The April 2010 home sales in Upper Arlington were in Canterbury, Guilford Place, Knolls Arlington, River Ridge and other neighborhoods.  There were sales in the neighborhood often identified as "South of Lane" or "south of Lane" and in one case this month, "Old Arlington."

The graph shows inventory of  single family homes in the Upper Arlington School District for the past 15 months.  The 6.5 months at the end of October 2009 is comparable to the Columbus MLS as a whole, balanced.

The news Monday from the Columbus Board of REALTORS® Columbus home sales highest since... said:

"The month’s supply has dropped 30 percent from last year. Last year at this time, the months supply was 9.82 meaning that if no new homes were added to the market, it would take almost ten months to sell all remaining inventory. Today, that number is down to 6.86. A market is typically considered balanced with around a 6.5 to 7 months supply."

CBR (Columbus Board of REALTORS®) compares the October 2009 home sales for the MLS as a whole to October 2006.

Upper Arlington homes for sale - the stats and graph are for the Upper Arlington School District.  I believe the numbers and graph for the City of Upper Arlington would be pretty similar unlike some other Central Ohio school districts where many homes are in unincorporated areas or in the City of Columbus.

My first time home  buyer client who is looking at homes in Upper Arlington... in her price range homes for sale is down 44.1% from June 2008... the graph just for her price range looks very different than the one above which represents all homes on the market, all price ranges in Upper Arlington.
