The graph represents all homes for sale in the Gahanna - Jefferson School District for the past 15 months through the end of June 2009!  Gahanna homes for sale peaked about a month before most other Central Ohio areas I look at, in October 2008 with a 13.3 month supply of homes.   That is down to a 7.9 month supply of homes at the end of June 2009.
