Published in December 2012 based on data available from the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls at the end of November 2012. Trendgraphix data is based on numbers supplied by the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls. According to Trendgraphix neither CBR nor the mls guarantee the accuracy of the data. How could they? Trendgraphix says: “Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed.” Since I rely on the info from the CBR mls and Trendgraphix, I can offer no guarantee either. I think the data is getting better than it used to be though. Contact me with questions about Dublin real estate prices.
